Terms
By using SubMac you agree to these terms. They're written to be read.
What SubMac does
SubMac compares your resume with a job ad, gives you a match score, and, if you buy credits, rewrites your resume (and, with the Job Hunt Pack, writes a cover letter) for that job. The score is an estimate of keyword coverage and formatting, not a prediction of whether you'll be hired.
Payments
- All prices are one-time payments in US dollars. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals.
- One credit tailors one resume for one job ad. Cover-letter credits come with the Job Hunt Pack. Credits don't expire.
- Credits are added only after Sifalo Pay confirms your payment.
- If the AI step fails, the credit is returned to your account automatically.
Your responsibilities
- Only upload resumes you have the right to use, normally your own.
- Read your tailored resume before sending it. We design the process to never add anything untrue, but you are responsible for what you submit to an employer.
- Don't misuse the service: no automated scraping, reselling, or attempts to get around limits or payments.
Limits
The service is provided as is. We aren't responsible for hiring decisions made by employers. To keep things fair and running, we limit how many tailoring runs can be made per hour and per day.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change. Prices shown at checkout are the prices you pay.
